At eShop.lk, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Orders are currently fulfilled directly by eShop.lk and delivered through available postal or courier services based on your order and delivery location.

Direct Order Fulfilment

eShop.lk currently operates as a direct online store. We do not currently offer multi-vendor marketplace services. Orders placed through our website are processed and fulfilled directly by eShop.lk.

Postal & Courier Delivery

Your order may be delivered through the Sri Lankan Postal Service or TransExpress, depending on the order, delivery location, service availability, and other delivery requirements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will inform you by email which delivery service was used and provide the available tracking number or tracking information.

Current Delivery Methods

  • We currently deliver orders through the Sri Lankan Postal Service and TransExpress courier service.

  • The delivery service is not necessarily selected by the customer at the time of checkout. eShop.lk may select the most suitable available delivery method for your order.

After your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email confirming the delivery method used for your order. Where tracking is available, the email will also include the tracking number or tracking information so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

  • If tracking is available, you can use the tracking information provided by eShop.lk to check the current status of your shipment.

eShop.lk currently does not offer multi-vendor marketplace services. Any previous multi-vendor or seller-based delivery arrangements are currently discontinued. Orders placed through eShop.lk are processed according to our current direct-order delivery policy.
